Our Commitment to Our Donors
Except as described below, we will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. This policy applies to all personal information received by Dauphine Foundation USA, both online and offline.

Exceptions

1. We may provide your name, year of graduation, email and amount of donation to Dauphine University PSL. You may view to Université Paris Dauphine – PSL’s privacy policy at the following link: University Privacy Policy

2. To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.

Dauphine Foundation USA shall not be liable for the failure of Université Paris Dauphine – PSL’s or any third party service provider processing donations to comply with their respective privacy obligations, whether imposed by law or internal policy.
